She was predeceased by: her parents, Delford Underwood and Amy Belcher Underwood; her son Don Duane Moffatt; her granddaughter Kristina Swecker of Cleveland, WV; and her siblings, Bill "Lightning" Underwood, Carl "Thunderbolt" Underwood, Denzil "Windstorm" Underwood, Dale "Breeze" Underwood and Edra Channell.
She is survived by: her husband Don Bazil Moffatt of Webster Springs; her children, Terry Moffatt (Charlotte) of Webster Springs, Gary Moffatt of Webster Springs, Judy Anderson (Willard) of Hacker Valley, Janet Tenney (Charlie) of Exchange, Joyce Cutlip (Phil) of Lewisburg, Elizabeth Cochran of Webster Springs, Karen Swecker (Jeff) of Cleveland, WV and Rebecca Bean (Rodney) of Morgantown; and her sister Edna Anderson of Webster Springs. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great grandchildren.
