He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Armentrout and Mary Barker Armentrout; and his siblings, David, Jimmy, Joe, Steve Armentrout and Dorothy Marie Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Annabell Armentrout; his children, David Cogar (Kathy), Richard Goff (Kim), Rob Armentrout (Betsy) and Roseanna Groves; his grandchildren, Crystal Goff, David Cogar, Veronica Yeager (Shannon), Christian Armentrout, Cole Armentrout (Kelsee) and Collin Armentrout; and his siblings, Bibby Crites, Rose Cogar (Gary) and Jeffrey Dean Armentrout. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many extended family and friends.
