She was predeceased by: her parents, John William and Edna Roxie Hamrick Cogar; her husband Bobby L. Hines; her sons, Rocky Hines and Randy Hines; her son-in-law Tom Hines; her brothers, Rance Cogar, Roy Cogar and Ralph Cogar; and her grandsons, John Hines and Justin Hines.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Ratliff (Scott) and Wendy Hines. She is also survived by six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and many extended family and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Dodd & Reed Funeral Home (155 Mc Graw Ave, Webster Springs, WV 26288). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
