He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Levan and Anna Marie Wolfe (Cogar); his sister Karen Sides; his nephew Willie Wolfe; and his close friend Richard "Dick" Thom.
He is survived by: his fiancé James Payne; his sister Donna Wolfe; his brother-in-law Johnny Sides; and his nieces and nephews, Tammy Loftis, Chrissy Daniels, Mandy Sides, Brandon Loftis, Zack Daniels and Fancy.
