He was predeceased by: his parents, Trenton Cutlip (Peggy) and Judy Greene (Hall); his grandparents, Daniel and Sue Hall; and his brother Danny Ray Cutlip.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy Cutlip (Hines); his children, Drew Cutlip, Audrey Hamrick (Willy Lewis), Karley Varney, Logan Varney, Jessie Varney and Rusti Varney; his siblings, Scott Casteel (Kim), Warren Cutlip and Brittany Postlewait (JT); his nieces and nephews, JT and Roxie; his aunts, Janet Morton (Jeff Cochran) and Linda Cline; his cousin Rachel; his brothers, Jonny Payne, Wayne Payne (Kelly), Jamie McCourt (Rexanna), Matt White, Kevin Cogar, Conley Cogar, Justin Hines and Joseph Hines; and his parents-in-law, Junior and Patty Hines.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Dodd and Reed Funeral Home (155 Mc Graw Ave, Webster Springs, WV 26288). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
