He is survived by: his wife B. Caroline Gillespie Cochran; his son Max Cochran (Sandra) of Webster Springs; his grandchildren, Eddie Cochran, Max Cochran, Jr. (Christina), Matthew Cochran (Vicky) and Jessica Cochran; his great grandchildren, Desirae, Matthew Jr., Grace and Lauren; his great great grandchild Elena; and his siblings, Bonnie Garvin (Eddie) of Parkersburg, Juanita Chaney (Bob) of Buckhannon, Terry Cochran (Cheryl) of Elderton, PA and Tommy Cochran (Judy) of Buckhannon. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
