He is survived by: his wife Patty Cogar; his children, Cynthia Burke, Stephen Cogar and Sonja Creps (Mark); his son-in-law Paul Burke; his brothers, Hampton Cogar and Jerry Cogar; and his granddaughters, Sarah Burke, Rachel Burke and Elizabeth Creps. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Dodd and Reed Funeral Home (155 Mc Graw Ave, Webster Springs, WV 26288). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
