She was predeceased by: her parents, Ottawa Cool and Ruth Cool (Taggert); and her siblings, Della Gray and Walter Cool. She is survived by: her children, David Hall of Webster Springs, Heather Hall, Jacob Cowger (Michelle) of Webster Springs and Jessica Cowger (Ora Wisner) of Webster Springs; her grandchildren, Zoe Morgan Valerie Hall, Kaden Garrett Hall and Helena Katie Schrader; her siblings, Sandra Henline (Manford) of Summersville, Ruth Morris (Randy Wilson) of Spencer, Pam Dalzell of Gassaway, Donald Cool (Lillian) of Kansas, Jim McCutcheon of Buckhannon and Jennifer McCourt; and her pet Emma.
