She was predeceased by: her parents, William Mustoe and Anna Cogar Mustoe; and her brother Dennis Gail Mustoe. She is survived by: her sons, Nathan Kinney and Todd Kinney (Tammy); her grandchildren, Megan Kiifner (Will), Ethan Kinney and Tyler Kinney; her great grandchildren, Chantz and Kinsley Kiifner; her siblings, Cheryl Hamrick (John) and John Mustoe (Elaine); her sister-in-law Brenda Mustoe; her aunt Betty Cutlip; her nieces and nephews, Toby, Jennifer, Nick, Andy and Derek; and her close friends, Ann Lehman, Carol Simms and Linda Cool.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Dodd and Reed Funeral Home (155 Mc Graw Ave, Webster Springs, WV 26288). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
