He was predeceased by: his parents, Gartrel Pugh and Audrey Wright Pugh; his wife Nancy Rule Pugh; his daughter Vickie Reeder; and his siblings, Charles Pugh and Kay Green.
He is survived by: his children, Hubert Pugh of Silver Spring, MD, Jim Pugh (Connie) of Webster Springs and Margaret Anthony (Charles) of Silver Spring, MD; and his pet Pepper. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
