He was predeceased by: his daughter Katherine Jordan; his granddaughter Stephanie Postalwait; and his siblings, Hope Fisher, Benny Jordan and Lowell Calvin Jordan.

He is survived by: his wife Pauline Tanner Jordan; his children, Joyce Jordan, Gary Jordan (Shawna Short), Wayne Jordan (Jennifer), Trish Postalwait (Rodney), Crystal Smith (Rick) and Charles "Chuck" Jordan (Linda); his siblings, Patty Jordan (Delores), Michael Jordan (Vera) and Dolly Berger; his grandchildren, Gary Jordan, II (Sheena), Anthony Jordan (Sherry), Stephen Postalwait, Michael Burnside, Zachary Jordan (Shelby), Zarron Jordan, Brandy Bostic (Seth), Chantel Merritt, Jeff Miller (Jennifer), Cody Smith (Megan), Charlie Jordan, Chelsie Jordan, Jonathon Clay, Josh Clay and Josh Scranage; his great grandchildren, Presley Jordan of Gary Jordan, III, Brooklyn Tolley, Bryson Zinn, Conner Merritt, Jessalynn Jordan, Gavin Smith, Brennon Smith, Kaleb Clark, Michelle Burnside and Kynlee Jordan; his siblings-in-law, June Jordan, Doris Jordan and Paul Fisher; and also Honey Bear. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends.
