She was predeceased by: her parents, Bias Hutchison and Essie Gay Ware (Arthur); her husband Sampson "Junior" Carpenter; her son Dusty Carpenter; her daughter-in-law Debbie Carpenter; and her sisters, Marjorie Hosey, Beatrice "Lemoyne" Utt, JoAnna Davis, Cathleen Moore and Janna Harper.
She is survived by: her sons, Gregg Carpenter and Randy Carpenter; and her grandchildren, Ryan, Heather, Brittany and Tara.
