He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Gee Perrine; his son Rusty W. Perrine (Laurie); his grandchildren, Jacob, Brandon, Alyssa Entz (Mitch Bugala), Lindsey (Malik Smith), Becca, Haley Perrine and Andrea Greer (Jesse); and his great grandchildren, Grayson Connell and Waylon Greer.
