He was predeceased by: his parents, Denzil Moffatt and Lena Moffatt (Ventriglia); his brother Frank Junior Moffatt; and his parents-in-law, Donella Tustin and Wayne Eads.
He is survived by: his close friend Rhonda Moffatt (Eads); his children, Shelli Sparks (Allen) of Upperglade, Marty Moffatt (Sonya) of Scott Depot and Mitchell Moffatt (Gloria) of Wilmington, NC; his grandchildren, Savannah, Sydney, Andrew, Raven White, Jace, Khaleesi Mathes, Brandon Sparks, Chance, Amiane Moffatt and Kaylynn Moffatt; his great grandchildren, Aubree, Hayden and Cole White; his siblings, Susie Moffatt (Kem) of Charleston, Rob Moffatt (Sue) of Webster Springs, Teddy Moffatt (Angie) of Inwood, WV and Larry Moffatt (Tammy) of Webster Springs; his siblings-in-law, Sandy Moffatt of Webster Springs, Tammy Eads of Grafton, WV and Leon Eads (Lisa) of Alma, WV; his close friend Tena Laughter; and his nieces, Ashlei Tharp and Nina Mason of Charleston. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to assist the family with expenses.
