He was predeceased by: his parents, Lelah Belle and William Gratton Moffatt; his wife Opalene Stella Moffatt; his children, Don Duane Moffatt and Janet Tenney of Exchange; his granddaughter Kristina Swecker (W. Va) of Cleveland; and his siblings, Denzil, Daniel Moffatt, Daisy Woodard, Doris Shaver and Dale Correa.
He is survived by: his children, Terry Moffatt (Charlotte) of Webster Springs, Gary Moffatt of Webster Springs and Judy Anderson (Willard) of Hacker Valley; his son-in-law Charlie Tenney of Exchange; his daughters, Joyce Cutlip (Phil) of Lewisburg, Elizabeth Cochran of Webster Springs, Karen Swecker (Jeff) of Cleveland and Rebecca Bean (Rodney) of Morgantown; and his siblings, Dora Grounds of Webster Springs, Donie Rogers of Arnoldsburg, W. Va and Dorothy Pawlenko of Cleveland, Ohio. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great grandchildren.
