She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Fisher and Tressie Hammons Fisher. She is survived by: her husband Billy Duane Cogar; her children, Billy G. Cogar (Kathy), Clinton Cogar, Zachary, Bosley Hall, Lori Cogar Winkler (John) and Sebrena Cogar Hall (Oliver); her grandchildren, Ricky Tracy II, Jacob Winkler, Cole Cogar, Crystal Cogar, Lynsey Crowl, Marcus and Randi Stump; her great grandchildren, Ayden Walker, Cora Cogar, Titus, Asher Tracy and Violet Trotter; and her mother-in-law Emogene Cogar Salisbury. She is also survived by many other extended family members, friends and neighbors.
