He was predeceased by: his parents, Freeman McCourt and Betty Lou Fornash McCourt; his siblings, Buck McCourt and Nada Cochran; his nephew Zach Cochran; and his nieces, Lora McCourt Simms and SaraBeth Clutter.
He is survived by: his wife Johnni Clutter McCourt; his children, Shane McCourt and Sheena McCourt; his grandson Timothy Shane McCourt; his siblings, Bill McCourt (Sally), Guy "Bobo" McCourt (Lorna), Chris McCourt (Brenda), Sue Ellen Badmaev (Ron White), Nellie Knight (Melvin) and Marquita Ridgway (Paul); and his brother-in-law Tom Cochran.
