With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cleo Williams (Webster Springs, West Virginia), born in Centralia, West Virginia, who passed away on May 24, 2020 at the age of 91. She was predeceased by: her parents, Javis Garvin of Washington and Ona Pearl Clutter Garvin; her husband Calvin Daws Williams; her daughter Cathy Coontz; and her siblings, Woodrow, Adren Garvin, Emma Parker and Lorraine Lunceford.
She is survived by: her siblings, Charles Garvin of Flatwoods, Louise Hines and Marjorie McCourt of Diana.
