He is survived by: his father Charles P. Green, Sr. of Webster Springs; his son Bill Green of Fairmont; his close friend Katrina Pettry of Glen Daniel; and his sister Angela Hamrick (Matt) of Webster Springs. He is also survived by friends and other family members.
