We are sad to announce that on January 13, 2021, at the age of 96, Bertie Cutlip of Webster Springs, West Virginia passed away. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest McLean and Cora Cogar McLean; her children, Gary McLean, Wayne "Bear" Cutlip and Rebecca Cutlip; and her grandsons, David Paul and Chad Phillip Cutlip.
She is survived by: her children, George Cutlip (Charlotte Short), Craig Cutlip, Marsha Paul (Tony) and Mary Cutlip; and her former husband Rex Cutlip. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and many other extended family and friends.
Due to the COVID-19 Virus, all who attend are required to practice the social distancing guidelines as set forth by the CDC and the State of West Virginia, including wearing of facial coverings.
