We are sad to announce that on December 7, 2019, at the age of 49, Bernard Stout Jr. (Webster Springs, West Virginia), born in Lorain, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Ann Utt Stout. He is survived by: his father Bernard Douglas Stout, Sr.; his wife Elizabeth Stout; his children, Barbara Dial (Logan) of Cleveland, OH, Destiny Stout (Nathaniel Hayes) of Fayetteville, Lance Stout (Ryleigh McCoy) of Buckhannon and Michelle Cogar (Ethan) of Cowen; his grandsons, Patrick Dial and Jon Cogar; his siblings, Lois Collis, Chris Stout, Louise Williams, Jeremiah Stout and Barbara Green; and his son Dustin Williams. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to Dodd & Reed Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
