He was predeceased by: his parents, George Berlin and Nora Belle Hall Cutlip; and his siblings, Gerald Cutlip, Gladys M. Cogar and Margaret Bullock.
He is survived by: his wife Patty Armentrout Cutlip; his children, Darrell Cutlip (Debbie) and Nora "Sis" Stout (Kevin); his grandson Parker Stout; and his siblings, Charles Cutlip (Judy), Roger Cutlip (Ellouise), Junior Ralph Cutlip (Kathy), Larry Cutlip (Loretta) and Susan Skinner. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Webster Addison Public Library 331 South Main Street, Webster Springs, WV 26288.
