She is survived by: her parents, Tom Collins and Brenda Collins; her children, Breanna Hawkins and Marshall Hawkins; her brother Tommy Collins (Alicia); her nephew Chase; her sister Amy McCoy; her foster child Annie Markle; and her close friend Larry Clevenger. She is also survived by many other extended family and friends.
