She is survived by: her son Daniel Alan; her daughter-in-law Christine Chadwick; her grandchildren, Stephen Henson (DeeDee), Daniel Robert Chadwick (Julie), Kimberly Dawn Hale (Charles) and Kelli Elizabeth Arnold; her great grandchildren, Kaitlyn Victoria, Jennifer Rosemary Arnold, Zoey Annabeth Adkins, Joshua Stephen Artis (Denae), Madelyn Grace, Katie Elise, Olivia Rena, Reagan Renee and Spencer Daniel Chadwick; and her great great grandchild Karson Scott. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
