She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Thompson and Sylvia Ferguson Thompson; her husband Norman Ray "Bob" Cassady; her brother Lonnie Thompson; and her great grandchild Khloe Ella Cassady.
She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Jackson (Joe) and Norman "Bobby" Cassady (Fran) of Wayne, WV; her siblings, Janice Winters of North Webster, IN, Bonnie Maynard (Raymond) of Genoa, WV, Peggy Mills (James) of Genoa, WV and Ronnie Thompson (Gerry) of Huntington, WV; her grandchildren, Riley Jackson (Tiffany Stewart), Kyle Cassady (Xiomara) and Cassady Damron (Jacob); and her great grandchildren, Morgan Jackson, Lane Damron and Massey Damron.
