He is survived by: his wife Deborah Adams Blanchard; his children, Adria Heizer (Chris) of Wayne, WV, Amber Blanchard of Wayne, WV and Corey Gero (Alayna) of Grafton, WV; and his grandchildren, Christopher, Lydia, Jacob, Gracie and Amelia.
