He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie Stiltner and Stella Spence Stiltner; and his siblings, Bertha Mae Stapleton and Wayne Stiltner. He is survived by: his wife Blanche Parsons Stiltner; his children, Charlotte Wavelene Wright, Wade Edward Stiltner of Wayne, WV and Ollie Lee Stiltner of Wayne, WV; and his siblings, Steve, Jesse Stiltner and Lisa Faye Debord. He is also survived by six grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
