He is survived by: his children, Tammy Smith (Mike), Tina Nicely, Thomas Stevens (Ruth) and Todd Stevens; and his siblings, David Stevens, Mark Stevens, Jessie Stevens, Bo Stevens, Renee Smith and Roxy Akers.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Kenova Church of Christ. A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
