She is survived by: her husband Clarence "Jack" Fox; her sisters, Louise Adkins and Betty Adkins of Wayne; her granddaughter Karen; her nephew Eugene; her nieces, Emma of Kingsville and Winifred; and her caregivers, David and Winifred. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
