She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil C. Adkins and Flossie Mills Adkins; her husband Clarence Rutherford; and her siblings, Hazel Mills, Virgilene Adkins, Erma Adkins, Arnold Adkins and Vernon "Mon" Adkins.
She is survived by: her brother Renick K. Adkins (Betty M. Adkins) of Parsons, WV. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
