He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Asbury and Sarah Perry Asbury; his wife Ailene Moore Asbury; his daughter Bonnie Asbury Evans; and his siblings, Perry, Curt, Tom, Jim, Jack, Neal, Billie Runyon, Lillian Brown, Reba Koblist and Charlene Hyden.
He is survived by: his sister Connie Kinney of Greensboro, NC; and his son-in-law Charles Evans of Barboursville, WV. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
