She was predeceased by: her parent Julis "Jube" Adkins; and her sister Teresa Ann Adkins. She is survived by: her parent Doris Elizabeth "Libby" Asbury; her husband Stuart Richardson; her daughter Jodi Childers (Josh) of Huntington, W. V; her brother Julis Randall Adkins of East Lynn, W. V; her niece Kelsea Adkins; her nephews, Zachary Adkins, Justin Adkins, Christopher Adkins and Jayson Adkins; her aunt Lynn Dale Asbury; her cousins, Angela Fry, Amy Adkins and Wilmer Asbury; and her close friends, Donnetta Spence, Britney Spence and Dorothy Adkins.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Huntington-Cabell-Wayne Animal Shelter, 1901 James River Road, Huntington, WV 25701, or a donation box will be available at the viewing and funeral service.
