He was predeceased by: his parents, Stewart Breeding and Willie Lucas Breeding; and his siblings, Hope Breeding, Ruth Bailey, Peggy Lawson, Bill Breeding, Orvel Breeding, Arthur Breeding and Woodrow Blankenship.

He is survived by: his wife Jettie Breeding; his children, Lisa Skinner of Charleston, WV and Stewart A. Breeding of Nashville, TN; his grandson Luke Breeding; and his great grandchild Matteline Breeding.
