He is survived by: his wife Kathy Tygart; his children, Emily Justice (Eric) of Chesapeake, Ohio and Adam Tygart (Maria) of New Jersey; his grandchildren, Alexis Tygart (Tanner) and Ian Justice; his great grandchild Rowan Ruley; his cousin John Smith (Rose); his brother-in-law Charlie Kitchen; and his nephews, Jacob and Jason Kitchen.
