He is survived by: his sisters, Kimberly Carter of Huntington, WV, Cassandra Smith of Fort Wayne, IN, Deeanna Kirks of Murray, KY and Teresa Rogers of Murray, KY; his girlfriend Amanda Jude of Wayne, WV; his niece Tiffanie Boyes; his nephew Joseph Collins; and his close friends, Anthony and Betty Merritt.
