She is survived by: her husband William Thomas Hale; her grandchildren, Tamara Stephens (Glen) of Wayne, Sonya Wheeler (James) of Wayne, Charles Kitts II of Wayne, Rhonda Rickman (John) of Lavalette, W. V, William Hale of Wayne and Jennifer Adkins (Chris) of Lavalette; and her nephew Kenny Sims of Cleveland. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren.
