He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmit Rowe and Rosella Rowe; and his daughter Lee Ann Rowe. He is survived by: his wife Rosa Rowe; and his children, Peggy Stapleton (Ronnie) of East Lynn, W. V, Tony Rowe of Huntington, W. V and Sam Rowe Jr. (Mitzi) of Winchester. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
