He is survived by: his children, Roger Maynard (Hope), Hester Damron (Roger), Sam Maynard, Larry Maynard and Delores Arthur (Steve); his grandchildren, Melissa Van Horn (Rodney), Roger Maynard (Heather), Shandra Jenkins, Chastity Ballard (Kurt), Eric Arthur (Caitlin), Ashlee Jankovsky (John), Kara Maynard, Joshua Maynard and Justin Maynard (Sarah); his great grandchildren, Kaleigh Childers (Caitlyn), Kollin Van Horn, Chance, Reagan, Jaxon Ballard, Robbie Jenkins, Molly Pratt (Shawn), Mackenzie, Grayson Arthur, Colt, Kinslee Maynard, Kimber, Lincoln Maynard, Hagen, Faelyn Jankovsky, Sawyer and Camille Arthur; his brothers, John Maynard (Pauline) and Arthur Maynard (Martha); and also, John Lindsey, Larry J. Followay, Kristen and Cairo. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
