She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert H. Nelson and Tenna Finley Nelson; her husband Roy Kenneth Boyes; and her siblings, Pauline Maynard, Margie Arthur, Nellie Horn, Bertie Adkins, Glenna Fetty and Robert Nelson.
She is survived by: her children, Julianne Maynard (Jerry) of Genoa, WV, Tina L. Harman (Doug) of Paducah, KY, Nelson K. Boyes (Sandy) of Wayne, WV and John Boyes of Wayne, WV; her grandchildren, Jessica Maynard, Janessa Maynard, Whitley Chapman and Payton Boyes; and her great grandchildren, Justice Messer, Eden Pauley, Noah Chapman and Luke Chapman.
