He is survived by: his mother Cheryl A. Brumfield Thompson; the mother of his children Sharon E. Thompson; his children, Jenny Lea Thompson of Staffordsville, KY and Robert "Paden"; his grandson Kaden Theodore Thompson; his siblings, Michelle Followay of Wayne, WV, Roger W. Thompson (Angelia) of Lavalette, WV, Terry D. Thompson (Charlotte) of Prichard, WV and Jody A. Thompson (Nikki) of Wayne, WV; his nieces and nephews, Carrie Ann Perry (Kyle), Emily Thompson, Kaylee Thompson, Travis Thompson, Jason Thompson (Taylor), Katie Sartin (Rusty), Sadie Sartin, Justin Followay (Kayla), Carli Newell (Nick), Carter Newell, Courtney Thompson and Kinley Thompson; and his close friends, Eddie Aliff, Shannon McSweeney, Creed Adams, Mike Chadwick, Danny Walsh and Philip Holland.
