He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Smith (Tim Cassidy) of Barboursville, WV, Walter Toppins (Amber) of Shelby, NC and Jared Knight of Gallipolis Ferry, WV; his siblings, Jane Jaro of Waco, TX, Stella Cook (Darrell) of Wayne, WV, Dottie Williamson (Monroe) of Ranger, WV, Pauline Kendera (Adam) of Bridgeton, NJ, John Toppins (Juanita) of Parma Heights, OH and Everett Toppins (Shirley) of Huntington, WV; his sister-in-law Mary Toppins; his grandchildren, Caliegh Toppins, Hannah Toppins, Seth Toppins, Hylie Lenna, Alyssa Asbell, Richard Smith, Haley Dalton, Charles, Kayla Smith, Samantha Smith and Alexis Knight; and his great grandchildren, Payton, Mason, Bella Liam, Virginia, Bailey, Ragaen and Riley.
