He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Stephens; his children, Tracy Stephens of Wayne and JoAnna Leigh Hall (Greg) of Lavalette, W. V; his grandchildren, Gregory Ryan Hall, Tristan Scott Stephens, Jace Tanner Stephens, Colten Blake Hall and Sierra Brooke Hall; and his siblings, Paul Stephens (Edith) of Wayne, Silas Stephens (Dorothy) of Wayne, Dallas Stephens (Connie) of Wayne, Helen Weber (Paul) of Columbus and Joyce Jones (Kenneth) of Huntington. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
