He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Barker and Letha Maynard Barker; his daughter Jennifer Phillips; and his siblings, Ethel Nelson, Lorraine Adkins, JoAnn Perry, Ray and Oscar Barker, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Judith Pemberton Barker; his children, Susan Fry of Wayne, WV, Russelll Fry (Angie) of Myrtle Beach, SC and Stephen Fry (Suki) of Hurricane, WV; and his siblings, Blanche White of New London, OH, Barbara Sawyer of Wayne, WV, Dorothy Matthews of Spencer, OH, Ervin Barker (Herma) of Lavalette, WV, Charles Barker (Betty) of Wayne, WV and Alvie Barker (Carol Sue) of Wayne, WV. He is also survived by five grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren; and a host of very special nieces, nephews and caretakers.
The family kindly requests those attending to wear a mask.
