He is survived by: his children, Mary Cecilia Cleary of Olympia, WA, Terri Dawn Miller of Norwich, NY, Philip Bruce Elliott (Mimi) of Kenova, WV, Lucas Eric Elliott (Courtney Sanden) of Aberdeen, WA and Jonathan Braxton Elliott of Kenova, WV; his sisters, Kermalou Darlene Smith of Lavalette, WV and Mary Arletta McGowan (Danny) of Lavalette, WV; and his pet Sophie. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
