He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Jarrell and Clara Dale Jarrell; and his siblings, Esteen Webb, David Jarrell and Bennie Jarrell.
He is survived by: his wife Minnie Marie Aldridge Jarrell; his children, Brenda Waugh (David) of Huntington, WV, Arthur Jarrell (Jennifer) of Casselberry, FL and Donald Jarrell (Leilani) of Browns Summit, NC; his granddaughter Alicia Haugen of Barboursville, WV; his great grandchild Kaytlin Elswick; his siblings, Sarah Hysell of Columbus, OH, Lenore Ferguson of Gallipolis, OH, Molly O'Donell of Princeton, WV, Maxine Smith (Jerry) of Weaver, AL, Albert Jarrell (Betty) of Princeton, WV and Joseph Jarrell; and his close friend Lance Partlow.
