Middleton (Cynthia) of Auburn, IN; her daughter-in-law Jerri Lynn Tackett; her brother Stephen Middaugh (Luann) of Auburn, IN; her grandchildren, Crystal, Zach, Michelle and Bryant; and her great grandchildren, Kaydence, Thomas, Addison, Sequoya, Zakiah and Wyatt.
