Maynard; her children, Sandy Maynard Lester (Kent) of South Point, OH, Ricky Maynard (Angie) of Garden City, SC and Danny Maynard (Gabriela) of Catlettsburg, KY; her siblings, Barbara Lycans (Cabell) of Prichard, WV, Tammy Caldwell (David) of South Point, OH and Okey Dingess of Dunlow, WV; her grandchildren, Haley, Blake, Carley, Patricia, Enrique and Maria; her great grandchild Sylvia; her niece Angela Patterson McCormick; and her nephew Shawn Patterson.
