He was predeceased by: his wife Nilene Ramey. He is survived by: his children, Karen Howerton (Mark) of Lavalette, W. V and Shannon Ramey (Christine) of Huntington, W. V; his grandchildren, Courtney Howerton of Huntington and Easton Ramey of Huntington; and his siblings, James Shelton Ramey (Emogene), Barbara Queen (Sammie) of Wayne and Glenna Vance of Wayne.
