It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Belt of Wayne, West Virginia, born in Logan, West Virginia, who passed away on December 1, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Holbrook and Edith Holbrook; her husband Virgil Belt; and her siblings, Minnie Dyer, Edra Smith, Judy Hamm, Ellen Holbrook, Billy Ray Holbrook and Jerold Holbrook.
She is survived by: her daughter Roseanna Belt; her grandson Christopher Shawn of Newark; and her siblings, Joanna Gail Holbrook of Wayne and Jerry Holbrook (Linda) of Axton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
