She was predeceased by: her parent Lee Clark. She is survived by: her parent Nila Clark; her children, Bill Smith (Crystal) of Lavalette, W. V, Jim Smith (Cheryl) of Huntington, W. V, Tom Smith (Melinda) of Lavalette and Amy Smith of Wayne; and her siblings, Naomi Clark of Wayne and Billy Clark of Lavalette. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
